These terms govern the use of this website and stays at Avenida House, local accommodation licence no. 145486/AL, operated by Empresa · to be completed, VAT no. NIF · to be completed.
1. Purpose
The website presents Avenida House and lets you send booking requests. A request is not a booking: it is only confirmed once accepted by the host and paid in accordance with the Booking & Cancellation Policy.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (EUR), including VAT where applicable. The municipal tourist tax, where applicable, is shown separately and charged under the regulations of the Municipality of Esposende.
3. Stay and house rules
- Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00.
- Maximum 4 guests; unregistered persons may not stay overnight.
- No smoking indoors. No parties or events.
- Pets allowed on prior request; a fee may apply.
- Please respect neighbours' rest, especially between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Guests are liable for damage caused during their stay.
4. Guest identification
By law, all guests must present a valid ID. Data of foreign guests is reported to the authorities via the Guest Registration Form.
5. Liability
Avenida House is not liable for valuables left in the property, nor for interruptions of public utilities (water, electricity, internet) beyond its control, and will act as quickly as possible to resolve them.
6. Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, logo and other content belong to Avenida House or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Complaints Book
The establishment has a physical and electronic Complaints Book, available at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
8. Alternative dispute resolution

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
